On May 2, 2015, as part of the Flag Day celebration at the Presidential Palace in Warsaw, Polish President Bronisław Komorowski presented white- and-red national flags to the military personnel, various individuals, nongovernmental and diaspora organizations, including USPTC represented at the ceremony by Stan Lewandowski, Esq., its Director and Secretary.

The Flag Day focuses its attention on the symbols of the Polish state, and in particular the Polish flag. During his address, President Komorowski stated that the Flag Day was meant as a celebration of the Polish flag, a symbol of victory, freedom, existence, continuation and development of national community.

The presentation of the Polish flag to USPTC is an act of acknowledgment of its contributions to the promotion of Poland in the United States, especially in the region commonly referred to as the San Francisco Bay Area. USPTC has and will continue the prominent display of the Polish flag in its logo and as part of its activities.
