Delegacja z Europejskiej Komisji

On May 18, 2016, the Science and Technology Options Assessment (STOA) delegation of the European Parliament (EP) visited the headquarters of the US-Polish Trade Council (USPTC) in Palo Alto, California. The discussion centered on ways of developing commercial relations between European companies and Silicon Valley. Jerzy Orkiszewski, President of the USPTC, outlined the USPTC’s work in support of Polish companies starting out in Silicon Valley, and educational programs, including recently concluded Poland’s Top 500 Innovators program. The Members of the European Parliament (MEP) compared and contrasted multiple ways of support for startup companies in Europe and in the US.
