ALUMNUS DR. JANUSZ BRYZEK AWARDED THE GOLDEN BOOK DIPLOMA FOR HIS ACHIEVEMENTS BY THE WARSAW UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

On November 16, 2016, during the celebration of the Warsaw University of Technology, the first Polish technical university, Dr. Janusz Bryzek has been awarded the Golden Diploma for his achievements and inducted into the prestigious Alumni Hall of Fame. Dr. Janusz Bryzek received his MSEE and Ph.D. from Warsaw Technical University in Poland. Dr. Bryzek is considered one of the world’s pioneers in the field of MEMS (Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems), often called the Father of sensors. Since 1979 he has lived in California, where he successfully founded and developed 11 companies in the field of MEMS, which gained the status of the world’s technological leaders. He was repeatedly recognized for his achievements in the field of MEMS. He has issued 25 US patents and several Polish. He currently works on the development of his next company.

On November 16, 2015, during the celebrations of 100 Years of Revival of the Warsaw University of Technology, Mr. Jerzy Orkiszewski, President of the US-Polish Trade Council, has also been awarded this prestigious Golden Book Diploma for his achievements.
