Prof. Piotr Moncarz z Uniwersytetu Stanforda rozmawia z Dorotą Witt o Drugiej Dolinie Krzemowej w Kujawsko-Pomorskiem. Prof. Moncarz powiedział, że nie ma gotowej recepty na to, jak zrobić z Kujawsko-Pomorskiego drugą Dolinę Krzemową ale ”przyszłość regionu zależy właśnie od tego, jak ściśle uniwersytety zintegrują się z przemysłem”.
