On March 26, 2015, USPTC hosted an unusual and inspirational event: ”Round the world by bikes. Tales and photos by Adela and Kris”. For the last five years, Adela Tarkowska and Kris Jozefowski from Poland have been traveling on their bikes through the Middle East, Africa, South America, Central America, Mexico and now the United States. During the event, Adela and Kris shared their passionate stories and photos filled with thought-provoking and captivating adventures pedaling over 25 thousand miles across 4 continents and 30 countries. They are the first Polish couple on the quest to cycle the world and the first Polish couple who cycled across Africa. Right now, they are preparing for the next stage of their biking expedition to Alaska and then on to Asia. They plan to return home in 2020.
