On January 19, 2009, the US-Polish Trade Council signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Euro-Centrum Sp. z o.o. referred to as ”Industrial Park” and with Technology & Research Park. Euro-Centrum Sp. z o.o. referred to as ”Technology & Research Park” seated in Katowice, Poland. The parties accordingly declared that the present Cooperation Agreement is being concluded in order to undertake actions stimulating and supporting the entrepreneurship as well as development of innovativity and modern technologies – for purposes of building the economy based on knowledge and innovations in favour of Poland and the United States.
